The range of activities includes the launch of both open-ended real estate funds for private investors and real estate special funds for institutional investors. immofonds 1 focuses on commercial properties such as retail market centres, office buildings, hotels or medical centres. It is particularly recommended as an addition to an equity/bond portfolio.

immofonds 1 generates revenue from commercial properties, particularly in the stable markets of Germany and Austria. The investor invests in real assets, that is to say, in a portfolio of buildings and tenants. The revenue consists of rental income, write ups or write downs and liquidity income of the properties. Particular attention is paid to quality and location of the properties. Active portfolio management guarantees an optimal tenant structure, smooth transitions between tenants and tenancy agreements and optimum maintenance of the buildings.
