Financial Markets
As the central organisational unit in the Österreichische Volksbanken-AG Group, Financial Markets is responsible for short and long-term liquidity management, trading in securities and foreign currencies and for managing liquidity and market price risks.
In addition to a few strategically important staff departments, this segment consists of two customer-focused organisational units. These are Group Treasury and Volksbank Investments.

The research team of the Volksbank Gruppe analyses the economies and financial markets of the present and future members of the European Union (except for UK), of the USA, Japan and Switzerland.
