The Corporate Responsibility Project has had a broad base from the outset. It comprises core teams from the Corporates, Retail, Real Estate and Financial Markets strategic segments as well as an Environmetal Management team, a Diversity Management team and the Works Council members. The teams have the task of defining the general framework for sustainability, objectives and measures and supporting its implementation in their respective divisions. The individual divisions devised the basis for the first integrated sustainability report while consulting numerous experts from the Group.

The principles for the trategic segments and the "Employee and Environmental Protection" teams describe how sustainability is lived in the individual divisions.
