Should we not be able to include you in the further screening process, this is because other people have applied for the position advertised, who match our ideal skill-set more precisely.

The interview is to be viewed as an exchange of information, in which it is very important to give a realistic presentation of your abilities. We would like to find out more about your curriculum vitae, your professional qualifications, your personality and your motivation in a personal discussion. But we would also like to give you the opportunity to obtain an insight into our company, so that you can get to know us better.
It is possible that we will ask you for a second interview, in which you will have the opportunity to obtain additional, more detailed information about your responsibilities, career opportunities and your future team.

If both sides have decided that they would like to work together, only a few, relatively simple procedures have to be dealt with.

We shall send you a draft contract by post and this will be followed by a face-to-face meeting at which you will sign the contract and give us the original documents.

On your first day at work, we shall invite you to a “check-in” session, which will give you an insight into our processes and structures. You will also get to know the key contacts in the Group and be given information on our company.
