I have found an interesting job advertised on jobs.volksbank.com – what is the correct application process?
Please click on the link in the advertisement. This will send your application directly to the responsible HR Business Partner, who will contact you as soon as possible. Please keep your data up-to-date via our applicants' portal.
Should you have forgotten your password, please ask us to send it to you.
I have found a job and no longer wish to receive details of job offers - what should I do?
Simply log in using your user name and password and change your status to "inactive". This will deactivate your applicant profile and you will no longer be considered by our HR Business Partners when they are looking for candidates internally. Should you be interested in receiving details of other job offers at a later date, you can reactivate your profile at any time.
I have already registered and I have now seen a position advertised among the current job offers in which I would be very interested – what should I do?
Please apply directly via the link provided in the advertisement. This will send your application directly to the responsible HR Business Partner, who will contact you by return. Please keep your data up-to-date via our applicants' portal. Should you have forgotten your password, please ask us to send it to you.
What happens to my data?
We shall store your skills and abilities in our database. No data can be viewed by anybody apart from our HR Business Partners.
How do I delete by applicant profile?
If you are no longer interested in additional career opportunities with us at present, you can deactivate your profile via our applicants’ portal. For us this means that you no longer wish to receive any job offers at present. You can reactivate your applicant profile again as soon as you are interested in changing jobs in future.
If you would like to delete your profile and consequently all your data irrevocably, please send an e-mail to Gerald Fuchs (gerald.fuchs@volksbank.com). We shall then remove your data immediately.
